How to Register

To register for the 2009 Wild Snowy Owl Workshops, simply e-mail us with the following information:

Name
E-mail address
Number of participants
Workshop dates (see below)

2009:

• January 25th to the 31st (you arrive on the 25th and leave on the 31st)  2 spaces left
• February 8th to the 14th (you arrive on the 8th and leave on the 14th) 1 space left
• February 15th to the 21st (you arrive on the 15th and leave on the 21st)  FULL
• February 22nd to the 28th (you arrive on the 22nd and leave on the 28th)  FULL

Upon receipt of your request, a registration form (including waiver) will be sent to your e-mail address. A non-refundable deposit of $500CAN will be required with your completed registration form. This deposit will reserve a place for your chosen workshop. The remaining balance will be due 60days prior to your workshop starting date.

A Typical Day in the Workshop

• We pick you up at the hotel in early AM, an approx 30-40 min drive to the owls
• In the field by first light and shooting until approx noon (earlier depending on lighting conditions)
• Stop for lunch to the nearby restaurant (meal and drinks extra)
• Return mid afternoon to complete shooting the owls until last light
• Drive back to the Hotel.  

Wait List

If you apply for a workshop that is full, we will place your name on a wait list and will notify you of any openings via e-mail.

Workshop Cancellation

In the event of a workshop cancellation, we will refund all monies paid, in full. Notification of our cancellation will be made via either a telephone call or an e-mail to you at least 21 days prior to the beginning of a workshop.

N.B.: We will not be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets unused or other travel arrangements because of a workshop cancellation.

Insurance

We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your workshop and travel expenses.
